Focusing-Oriented Therapy Applications
In FOT, we work with the specific individual experience in the context of individual tendencies (nature or constitution) and interpersonal influences (nurture). With that view, this workshop offers you a humanistic, process-experiential understanding of different emotions, feeling states and sequences - fear, anger, guilt, shame, humiliation, anxious and depressed moods, grief process and consequent social insecurities and addictions.
This three-day workshop runs on the 24th, 25th and 31st of May, 9:30am-4:30pm each day.

Healing trauma - FOT approach
This advanced-level Focusing-Oriented Therapy (FOT) workshop offers a powerful, holistic approach to trauma healing. By working flexibly and creatively with the body’s intelligence and felt sense, the FOT process engages all aspects of trauma—somatic memory and sensations, thoughts and core beliefs, and deep-seated emotions.
This three-day workshop runs on the 16th, 17th and 23rd of August, 9:30am-4:30pm each day.

FOT Practice Day
This FOT Practice Day follows the Healing Trauma and Shame workshop in FOT. It will focus on real case studies to enhance your conceptualisation of the clients’ presenting problems, understanding of different types of trauma, underpinning process difficulties, and healing trauma stages. We will look into more specific clinical processes that are helpful for different stages.
