This workshop offers a powerful, holistic approach to trauma healing. Through the FOT process, we engage the body’s innate intelligence and felt sense to work creatively with all dimensions of trauma: somatic memories and sensations, core beliefs and thought patterns, and deeply held emotions—supporting a transformative life-enhancing path toward greater wellbeing and vitality.
This three-day workshop runs on the 16th, 17th and 23rd of August, 9:30am-4:30pm each day.
