Healing Trauma - FOT approach
16th, 17th and 23rd of August 2025 (three-day workshop)
A transformative approach that simultaneously works with body, mind, and emotion
This advanced-level Focusing-Oriented Therapy (FOT) workshop offers a powerful, holistic approach to trauma healing. By working flexibly and creatively with the body’s intelligence and felt sense, the FOT process engages all aspects of trauma—somatic memory and sensations, thoughts and core beliefs, and deep-seated emotions.
Through a blend of practical techniques, real-world case studies, and guided experiential learning, this workshop will equip you with the skills to:
Identify different types of trauma and their unique impacts.
Apply core principles and guidelines for effective trauma work.
Understand the FOT approach—how it integrates body, mind, and emotion while engaging implicit, procedural memory.
Recognise and work with fragile processes that emerge from complex trauma, adjusting your approach for greater therapeutic impact.
Empower Your Clients on Their Path to Healing
This workshop will help you support clients in a way that:
✅ Facilitates trauma stabilisation and recovery – Guide clients in finding safety within their bodies, rewiring old trauma responses, overcoming dissociation and hyper-reactivity, and developing stronger self-regulation.
✅ Supports deep trauma resolution – Help clients process their experiences, recognize their needs, make empowered choices, and build fulfilling, meaningful lives.
Join me for this immersive, results-driven workshop and gain the tools to transform trauma therapy with a deeply integrative, mind-body approach.
