With that view, this workshop offers you a humanistic, process-experiential understanding of different emotions, feeling states and sequences - fear, anger, guilt, shame, humiliation, anxious and depressed moods, grief process and consequent social insecurities and addictions.
This three-day workshop runs on the 24th, 25th and 31st of May, 9:30am-4:30pm each day.

Most therapists will agree about the importance of a therapeutic relationship. The quality of interpersonal interaction is the most important therapeutic factor because all other interventions happen within that interaction. The client's problems will not get resolved in interactions that replay the kind in which the problem was created.
