Are you looking to deepen your skills in applying Focusing-Oriented Therapy (FOT), the Focusing process or in working within a humanistic, process-oriented approach?
Our monthly Skills Practice & Supervision Groups offer a supportive, effectively guided and professionally enriching space for continued learning, skill refinement, and meaningful peer connection.

Hands-on practice to refine your therapeutic presence and strengthen your person-centred and process-guiding skills
Deeper understanding of the Focusing process, FOT and their clinical applications
Clinical supervision – present cases and explore client dynamics through the lens of FOT, humanistic and depth psychology views
Guided discussions around process and theory applications
Supervision - guidance and support from the senior therapist and accredited supervisor
Space for personal growth through experiential practice and reflection
This is a space to ask questions, refine your presence, and learn through doing, all within a compassionate, professional setting.
👥 Who Can Join
This group is open to all who have completed the Focusing Fundamentals Course.
Please note: Spaces are limited, and once a cycle begins, the group is closed.
Booking for the full half-year cycle is essential.
Group Details
When: One Monday (Group 1 ) or Tuesday (Group 2) per month (dates are below)
Session length: 2.5 hours
Format: online (on Zoom)
Professional recognition: 1 hour of supervision + 1.5 hours of professional development per session
Your Investment (paid in advance per half-year cycle)
February – June (6 sessions): $600 + GST
July – December (5 sessions): $500 + GST

TIME: 5:00 pm – 7:30pm - on Zoom
Group 2 dates: February 17, March 17, April 14, May 12, June 9, July 7
TIME: 2:30pm – 5pm - on Zoom
