Deepening Experiential Work in EFT: A Practical Introduction to Felt Sense

  • Hurstwood Clinic Level 1, 16A Toorak Rd South Yarra, VIC 3141 Australia (map)

Focusing offers a practical, evidence-informed process to all experientially and relationally oriented therapists for helping clients access their body’s implicit knowing—the felt sense. Rather than working solely from thoughts or emotions that are already known, Focusing gently guides clients toward the deeper, often unspoken experience that carries fresh meaning, unmet needs and new possibilities for change.

Integrating Focusing can deepen therapeutic process by helping clients strengthen their relationship with their internal experience, safely access primary emotions and create meaningful emotional shifts that can be felt, understood and integrated.

This highly experiential workshop combines teaching, process demonstration and guided practice, giving participants the opportunity to experience the Focusing process personally while exploring practical ways to integrate these skills into their work.
